The Catholic University of America

"The charity of Christ urge us on!" (St. Vincent Pallotti)

Our good works are motived primarily by Christ and the example of His ministry.  They are organized by Knights dedicating their actions to reflect one of the aspects of our Faith and Order.  Consider joining one or more of our committees to help plan the many events the Council participates in each year!

Fraternal Committee

Co-Chairs: SK Nathaniel Sarmir and Michael Bondulic

The Fraternal committee is charged with organizing fraternal events to foster community within the Council. In the past, we have organized fraternal "OverKnights", laser tag, paintball, cookouts, pilgrimages, and movie nights. We look forward to another year full of new and exciting events! Contact Nate if you are interested in assisting with planning these important programs.

Service Committee

Co-Chairs: SK Salvatore Giorlando and SK James Warburton

Service is not only an integral part of this Knights of Columbus, but also a big part of the Office of Campus Ministry. We run on our own events in addition to supporting those of Campus Ministry, such as Relay for Life, Halloween on Campus, Little Sisters of the Poor, and various days of service for the University. Please contact Dan for more information or to become involved.

Church Committee

Co-Chairs: SK Thomas Wong and SK Andrew Morgan

Our Catholic faith is a cornerstone of our Order. Because of this, the Church committee sponsors a weekly Mass and Rosary, monthly faith-centered exursions, annual pilgrimages, and invites various Catholic speakers to the annual Catholic Leadership Conference. If you would like to be involved with the planning and executing of these events please contact Tom.

 Pro-Life Committee

Co-Chairs: Andrew Nagode and Chris Neyhart

The Pro-Life committee is an integral part of the Knights' Council here at CUA. We help to organize the annual pro-life vigil Mass and March for Life in January, as well as dedicate ourselves to prayer in front of local abortion clinics and sponsor other programs on campus that call attention to the inherent dignity of each and every human person from conception through natural death. Please contact Colin for more information or to become involved.
